We woke up for another early morning to return to Machu picchu but this time to climb the mountain adjacent to it called Hyanu Picchu. The hike was incredible, the trail beautiful, you felt like you were surrounded by forest in the middle of nowhere, and casually, you were overlooking Machu Picchu. It took us an hour to get up and then we ate lunch at the top! It was such an incredible view and I am so happy we did this hike because I think it was my favorite part!

happpy birthday!
We hiked that mountain!!
The climb down was hard and really steep...
On the train home some random dancing wolf in rainbows did a show for us....
We went to dinner at Inca grill and celebrated Robert's birthday out in town with a girl studying abroad in Peru from Duke! We were sad to leave Peru but we had a lot to look forward to as we were embarking the next morning for Rio de Janeiro!
20!
